Ambiente Glazing Products

VELUX Commercial Ambiente glazing products are robust systems that ensure energy efficient buildings. The modern serial production with complementary components makes it possible to offer prefabricated high quality products at an economical price. The systems come in the following variants:

• Skysight
• ISO-Pyramid 45° Glass/Grillodur^®
• ISO-Walm 45° Glass/Grillodur^®

Skysight

ISO-Walm 45°, glass

Ambiente glazing products are available in a wide range of standard sizes and functionalities:

• Fixed, comfort or smoke venting options.
• Improved thermal functionality using insulation glass and thermally broken profiles and upstands.
• Improved sound insulation and certified fall-through protection by laminated glass (safety depending on product variant).
• Can be composed with a variety of dome rooflight upstands.

ISO-Pyramid 45° Glass/Grillodur^®

Dimensions:

Remark: Sizes bigger than 200 x 200cm need glazing on site.

ISO-Walm 45° Glass/Grillodur^®

Dimensions:
Roof opening size (square/rectangular) from:
100 x 150cm to 
180 x 250cm

Ambiente products have a lot of common features:

• They have an outstanding insulation performance using a completely thermal broken design.
• All the solutions are available as fixed or venting flat roof window.
• The venting option provides several options with 300 or 500mm lifting height.
• Aluminium surfaces are coated in white RAL 9016 as standard or as RAL-coloured on choice.

Installation:
Fast fitting by the roofer is possible since the products will be delivered prefabricated on upstands and packed on a transportable pallet.

Skysight

Skysight is characterized by a flat insulated glass integrated in a thermal separated ventilation frame.

• The glazing is available as double- or triple-glass in heat insulation or sun protection quality.
• For better water drainage a step glass variant is optional available.
• All glass variants are equipped with safety glass outside and laminated glass inside.
• To reduce the glare effect caused by the sun, a 230V roller blind system can be installed on the outside of the product.
• Fall-through safety tested and certified from MPA, Darmstadt according DIN 18008-6.
• To implement a roof exit, the Skysight Roof Access version can be installed with an opening angle of up to 90°.

ISO-Pyramid 45° Glass/Grillodur^®

ISO-Pyramid 45° Glass/Grillodur^® is characterised by insulated glass/Grillodur^® panels integrated in a thermal separated ventilation frame construction.

• The glazing is available as double- or triple-glass in heat insulation or sun protection quality.
• All glass variants are available with safety glass outside and laminated glass inside.
• As alternative a Grillodur^® panel can be integrated for design reasons and robustness.

ISO-Walm 45° Glass/Grillodur^®

ISO-Walm 45° Glass/Grillodur^® is characterized by insulated glass/ Grillodur^® panels integrated in a thermal separated ventilation frame construction.

• The glazing is available as double- or triple-glass in heat insulation or sun protection quality.
• All glass variants are available with safety glass outside and laminated glass inside.
• As alternative a Grillodur® panel can be integrated for design reasons and robustness.

Skysight

Heat protection or sun protection insulation glazing is available in a standard version with warm edge and step in double or triple glazing.  

ISO-Pyramid 45° Glass/Grillodur^®

Heat protection or sun protection insulation glazing comes in a standard version with warm edge or application of a Grillodur^® panel.

ISO-Walm 45° Glass/Grillodur^®

Heat protection or sun protection insulation glazing comes in a standard version with  warm edge or application of a Grillodur^® panel.
